The Certosa's catering service

The Certosa runs an efficient catering service that can organise coffee breaks and working lunches as well as more elaborate meals. The restaurant can seat up to 100 and more places can be added outside in the cloister in the warmer season.
Our chefs can prepare simple or refined Tuscan dishes, as well as other Italian and international food.
Our gastronomic experience has been recognised by Associations in the sector and our cellar (the “Cantinetta”) boasts a good selection of local wines and wines from other parts of Italy to accompany meals.
