SECTION OF PREHISTORIC ECOLOGY
Researches on prehistoric cultures and environment, between Palaeolithic and Metal age, are made in our Division. Artefacts, settlement frameworks, subsistence strategies, environment (adaptation to the climatic changes and exploitation of natural resources) and spiritual sphere (ornaments, burials, art etc.) of prehistoric populations are studied.
