Additional informations :
I recommend to take one computer per lab so that every speaker should be capable
to deal with its own powerpoint presentation in case of an unexpected problem.
Two videoprojecteurs, two computers (one PC and one Mac) will be in the meeting
room + Zip 100 / 250 (Iomega).
Price : a twin room and food at the meeting place cost a total of 222. 75 € per person (3 days), food included; a single room + food cost a total of 297. 75 € per person. Gala dinner is included but not the boat ticket to Porquerolles.
How to reach the seminar center : La Londe les Maures is a small place at the sea border, immediately after Hyères on the RN98 when you head towards Le Lavandou and St Tropez. When you reach the center of La Londe, head towards « Les Bormettes – Les Plages ». See attached pdf file (Plan d’accès).
