Additional informations :

I recommend to take one computer per lab so that every speaker should be capable to deal with its own powerpoint presentation in case of an unexpected problem. Two videoprojecteurs, two computers (one PC and one Mac) will be in the meeting room + Zip 100 / 250 (Iomega).

Price : a twin room and food at the meeting place cost a total of 222. 75 € per person (3 days), food included; a single room + food cost a total of 297. 75 € per person. Gala dinner is included but not the boat ticket to Porquerolles.

How to reach the seminar center : La Londe les Maures is a small place at the sea border, immediately after Hyères on the RN98 when you head towards Le Lavandou and St Tropez. When you reach the center of La Londe, head towards « Les Bormettes – Les Plages ». See attached pdf file (Plan d’accès).

Have a look at the Road guide web site : http://www.mappy.com
Type : Marignane (place) and 13 (post code)
Or : Nice (place) and 06 (post code)
Or : Hyères (place) and 83 (post code)
And : La Londe les Maures (place) and 83 (post code)
depending from where you start (Airport Marseille Marignane, Hyères Airport, or Nice Côte d’Azur Airport) and you will find all the informations you need to reach La Londe. The mappy.com web sites will give ou a precise map and some other informations such as :
Hyères –La Londe : 7.8 km and 8 minutes
Nice-La Londe : 159.4 km and 1h39 (tolls : 9.80 €)
Marignane-La Londe : 114.7km and 1h24 (tolls : 3.30 €)
